• GCash or PayMaya/Maya account number (last digits only, for verification);

2.3 Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and NPC guidelines;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

rrbet may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist with verifying your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements;
• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners involved in processing your deposits and withdrawals. These processors handle your financial data under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations;

• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Gaming history: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing preference records: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, plus one (1) year for audit purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, rrbet will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

While rrbet takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your rrbet login credentials confidential and for notifying rrbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

11. Minors & Age Restriction

The rrbet Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. rrbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If rrbet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed.

12. International Data Transfers

rrbet primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. rrbet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidelines. When material changes are made, rrbet will notify registered players via the email address on file and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Policy will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
