You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a driver's license, passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or UMID. rrbet may also request proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits to your rrbet account must be made using payment methods accepted by rrbet and available to Philippine residents. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine-issued debit cards. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). rrbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. rrbet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard Philippine banking hours. rrbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. rrbet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant account balances will not be forfeited without prior written notice to the registered email address.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
rrbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any winnings generated through bonus abuse may be voided.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rrbet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
All games available on the rrbet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final. rrbet uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studio operators in real time. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. rrbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rrbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rrbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. rrbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
rrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rrbet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach, rrbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to breach — for example, where rrbet discontinues a service — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your rrbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and rrbet, you agree to first contact rrbet's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform conduct, rrbet's records shall be considered prima facie evidence of the facts in question, unless you can demonstrate a clear error in those records.
rrbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rrbet will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
